Our training programs are designed and tailored to be interactive and include cognitive and experiential activities that will be based on real work situations and issues.


The Leadership Development Program:

This program provides accelerated professional development opportunities to Key Talent Employees who have demonstrated consistently strong performance and whom the company believes has the potential to advance into senior management positions. 

Our methodology is custom designed to meet the candidates’ goals of:

  • Leadership readiness
  • Proactive action planning
  • Sustainable leadership and performance

We will coach, teach and facilitate discussions with the candidates as well as with internal mentors, sponsors and management so that all parties will be aligned in the candidates’ development.

We foster a coaching and development culture by focusing on building leadership capabilities, eliminating potential career blockers and leveraging diversity to drive productivity and optimize performance.

This program explores market sales opportunities through a "bottom line" learning process by providing Sales, Marketing and Field Operations with the knowledge, tools and confidence for attracting and serving customers across various diversity dimensions.  These sessions can also be designed to address emerging market groups.
  • Examine “Tactical ways” to identify emerging market opportunities
  • Recognize increased sales opportunities
  • Explore "Implicit Bias" and "Implicit Stereotypes"
  • Gain a basic understanding of culture and its impact on sales and customer service interactions
  • Gain an awareness and understanding of specific emerging market groups
  • Build skills for communicating effectively across cultural differences

Insights for Success:
 
This program is a 2-day intensive leadership workshop designed to increase the participants' level of organizational career success by exploring the "unwritten rules" that exist within the corporate culture. 

The workshop provides educational concept, skill-building and overall support to promote equitable leadership success throughout the organization.  We accomplish this through targeted emphasis on the highest performing diverse managers/directors.  The program helps to provide an opportunity for unique personal and professional development with a goal towards developing high potential leaders as future executives.

Strategic Alignment Session:

This is a 4-hour session designed for diversity stakeholders in an organization, such as members of a Diversity Council, Steering Committee or Managers.  Participants are provided with an in-depth business analysis of diversity with respect to the following:
  • Exploring the business (viability) motive in the Diversity Management Process
  • Determining the goals of the diversity and inclusion process and identifying what will be achieved
  • Examining the “strategic focus areas” that will help to achieve the desired goals of the diversity and inclusion process
  • Examining the organization’s culture to identify aspects that either facilitates or hinders the Diversity change Management Process
