This program is a 2-day intensive leadership workshop designed to increase the participants' level of organizational career success by exploring the "unwritten rules" that exist within the corporate culture.

This is a 4-hour session designed for diversity stakeholders in an organization, such as members of a Diversity Council, Steering Committee or Managers. Participants are provided with an in-depth business analysis of diversity with respect to the following:

Exploring the business (viability) motive in the Diversity Management Process
Determining the goals of the diversity and inclusion process and identifying what will be achieved
Examining the “strategic focus areas” that will help to achieve the desired goals of the diversity and inclusion process
Examining the organization’s culture to identify aspects that either facilitates or hinders the Diversity change Management Process
